About us

Our Story

Over 25 years ago, the founder of Athro-Eze splints, started out designing and manufacturing medical equipment for major medical device companies. Developing his knowledge of design and the manufacture of complex medical products, revolutionising ways of conducting surgical procedures and reducing recovery time and improved patient outcomes.

At a family gathering an aunt explained she suffered from an arthritic condition which made her finger hurt when bent. The plastic splint she was using to aid her finger recovery and reduce pain was not comfortable to wear or discreet in its appearance.

It was not long before the founder was using his expertise, in medical design and evolving technologies, to make the first Arthro-Eze splint product.

In 2019, the company was established with the ambition to design and manufacture discrete, ergonomic, comfortable, functional and affordable orthopaedic splints for distribution to the community. To date, Arthro-Eze splints has helped thousands of people by offering superior splint products proven to help make people’s daily lives easier, so once again they can work and play without pain.

Our Guarantee

Arthro-Eze strives to provide safe, well designed and quality manufactured products. We guarantee our products are new and free from damage and manufacturing defects upon receipt.

Our complete line of splint products are made as Class I medical products and meet the requirement to include instructions, precautions and company information with each package.

If you receive a product without the trusted “ARTHRO-EZE” branding and it isn’t delivered as a brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item with wear and care instructions included, you may be purchasing from an “unauthorized” reseller or receiving a “counterfeit” product.

Purchasing from an unauthorized reseller may void the product warranty as we are unable to guarantee the authenticity, quality or condition of the item you received.

Arthro-Eze warrants that the Goods will at the time of delivery correspond to the description given by arthroezesplints.com in the confirmation of order. All items sold by arthroezesplints.com have a 12-month warranty for items that are faulty due to manufacturing or material defect. Warranty excludes items that have been damaged due to misuse.

Upon our review, if it has been determined that you have received a defective product, we will be happy to provide you with either a replacement product or a full refund of the product purchase price. Warranty on products may be void if wear or care instructions are not followed. Please view our Exchange & Return Policy for additional information.
